The Educational & Cultural Trust Fund offers a comprehensive American Heart Association Certification Training Program for Adult Community First Aid and Emergency Cardiovascular CPR and AED Awareness Program. The course is available free-of-charge to eligible members of Local 3, IBEW. You’ll learn how to reduce the risk of injury or death by properly identifying strokes, or breathing and cardiac emergencies. The AHA course is designed to help you learn to administer the appropriate rescue emergency measures. This course is indispensable for all adults who may be called upon to assist others in an emergency situation whether on the job or at home. Due to the great demand, this course is offered to MEMBERS ONLY. When you have successfully completed this course, you may apply for an American Heart Association AED/CPR/FIRST AID certificate
