The Bronx Acorn’s Vegas Night Big Success!!

People tried their luck at the roulette wheel during Bronx Acorn Vegas Night.

On Friday November 20, 2009, the Bronx Acorn Vegas Night was held at The Turner Club in the Bronx. The Turner Club is also where the Bronx Acorn ­Electrical Club holds their annual ­membership meetings. The meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of every month and those wanting to attend are more than welcome.
Doors opened for the Bronx Acorn ­Vegas Night at 8:00 pm. There was a wide range of games for all those who like to test their luck. There were poker tables, Texas hold’em, black jack, roulette, money wheels of fortune and the night at the races. “Precious Moments,”  a professional disk jockey played music throughout the night. There was an open buffet for all those who attended.
Club President Michael McMahon took a moment to thank all those who came out. He also took a moment to thank all those who put in countless efforts to help make this event such a success. Guests included: Business Representatives ­Benjamin Arena and Tom Capurso, ­Executive Board Member Rich McSpedon, Luis Restrepo, Humberto Restrepo and Business Representative Ray West.
